A Fixed-Price Plan to Climb Google Maps on the Gold Coast
Type "electrician near me" in a Robina driveway or on a Nerang worksite and Google puts three businesses on the map. Those three get the first calls. A growing number of people skip Google and ask ChatGPT instead, and it hands back a short list of names. This package works on the signals behind both answers, for one flat monthly fee, and a one-page report each month shows you exactly where you sit.
We take on one plumber, one electrician, one physio per suburb and say no to the rest. See whether your spot is still open in 30 seconds.
Check my suburb →The work that moves a map ranking, and nothing padded on top
Most Gold Coast agencies quote local SEO case by case and keep the monthly fee off their website. This is the opposite: a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a short report every month showing your position in Google Maps and in the AI assistants your customers are starting to ask. Think of it as local SEO sold like a product, not an open-ended retainer.
$995 one-off setup + $495/month
That's the whole cost, and it's written here so there's no quote to chase. No lock-in: stop any month you like.
Setup month (covered by the $995):
- Google Business Profile rebuilt properly - primary and secondary categories, services and service areas set so Google can match you to the searches you want.
- Citations cleaned up - your business name, address and phone made to match across the directories Google cross-checks, so it reads you as a real, local operator.
- A review engine set up - a simple SMS and email request, plus a QR card for the counter, the clinic desk or the ute dash, so reviews keep arriving while you work.
- Your starting rank map - where you appear today for the searches that bring in paying jobs, suburb by suburb, so every later report has a fixed point to compare against.
- Your starting AI check - we put your service and suburb to ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity and record who they name: you, a competitor, or nobody local at all.
Every month after that (the $495):
- Profile management - regular posts, photos and Q&A, the ongoing activity a Business Profile needs to stay competitive.
- Reviews requested and answered - we follow up, keep watch and write replies, so your rating and review count keep building without eating your evenings.
- Citations kept tidy - directories drift and overwrite details. We catch it and fix it.
- AI visibility tracking - the same questions, re-asked each month across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, with the answers logged. Those assistants read the same profile, reviews and citations we're already working on, so you get two results from one lot of work.
- A one-page report - this month's map position against last month's, your AI results beside it, and a plain list of what we did. If nothing is moving, the report will show it, and you can leave.
One business per trade, per suburb. There are only three spots in the map pack, and we can't honestly push two Southport plumbers at the same three. So we take the first one who asks, and anyone after that goes on a waitlist.
Is your trade still open in your suburb?
Tell us your trade and the suburb you work from. We'll check whether the spot is taken, take a quick look at your current profile, and get back to you, normally within one business day.
No lock-in · No spam · The owner replies, normally within one business day
Three steps, and about 20 minutes of your time in total
- Check the spot (today). Send us your trade and suburb using the form above. If someone in your trade already holds it, we'll say so plainly and add you to the waitlist.
- Setup month. We rebuild your Business Profile, sort out your citations, set up review requests and record your starting rankings. You'll spend roughly 20 minutes answering questions and approving things. That's it.
- Monthly work and reporting. From month two, the posts, reviews and clean data start to stack up. Allow 60 to 90 days before judging the map pack, and longer in a crowded trade. Each report shows your map position and whether the AI assistants have started naming you. If the numbers stay flat, you're free to cancel. That's the arrangement.
A good fit if...
- You run a local service business on the Gold Coast: a trade working out of Nerang or Molendinar, a clinic near Robina or the Southport health precinct, a home-services business covering the northern suburbs around Coomera, or a professional practice.
- Your customers search phrases like "electrician near me" or "physio Southport", and the three businesses on the map are taking calls you should be getting.
- Some of those customers now ask ChatGPT for a recommendation instead, and you've never checked what it says.
- You'd rather pay one known amount each month than sign a large retainer with a vague scope.
Need more than the map? If your website needs work or you want to rank in the regular results too, look at local SEO (from $1,000/month) or full SEO on the Gold Coast. We'll tell you honestly which one you need.
A quick, painless website build for a car wash
Before Gold Coast Web Solutions launched, the same owner designed and built Chuwar 24/7 Car & Dog Wash a fast, mobile-first website under our sister business. It was delivered quickly, and the owners found the process easy from brief to launch.
See our pricingWe couldn't be happier with the website built for our carwash business. The whole process was smooth, fast and completely stress free. Ipswich Web Solutions was easy to work with, understood exactly what we wanted, and delivered a great result in no time. Highly recommend!
Maps Package questions, answered plainly
How is this different from local SEO at $1,000+ a month?
It covers less, on purpose. The Maps Package is your Business Profile, reviews, citations and a rank report, done the same careful way every month, which is how we hold it at $495. Local SEO adds suburb pages, website content and technical fixes on your site. If your business needs that, we'll say so up front.
Can you guarantee a top 3 spot?
No. Nobody controls Google, so treat any guarantee with suspicion. What we commit to is the published scope, done every month, a report you can check, and no contract. If your position isn't improving, you can walk away.
Why track ChatGPT and Gemini as well as Google Maps?
Because more people now ask an AI assistant questions like "who's a good electrician in Robina?" instead of typing a search. Those assistants draw on much the same material as the map pack: your Business Profile, your reviews, your citations and consistent details around the web. We're already working on all of that, so tracking it costs you nothing extra.
Will ChatGPT definitely recommend my business?
We can't promise that, and nobody else honestly can either. What you get is a record: the exact questions we asked each month and which businesses were named. Most owners have never seen that.
How long before I see the map ranking move?
Allow 60 to 90 days. Fixing a weak profile can show up sooner, while busy trades in competitive suburbs can take longer to break into the top three.
What does the $995 setup fee pay for?
The heavy work done once: rebuilding your Business Profile, cleaning up citations across Australian directories, setting up your review requests and mapping your starting rankings. It's listed here so there are no surprises later.
What does one business per trade, per suburb mean?
The map pack only has three places, and we won't take a competitor's money to work against you. Once a Gold Coast electrician signs up for a suburb, for example, we turn away other electricians targeting that same suburb. The first business to sign up keeps it.
Is there a contract?
No. It runs month to month, and you can cancel any month. The setup fee and the monthly fee are the full cost.
I work across several suburbs. Does one package cover them all?
A Business Profile ranks most strongly near your base, so we optimise for your main service area. If you want to push hard into several suburbs at once, from Coomera to Burleigh say, that's usually a job for local SEO. We'll talk it through with you.
Three places on the map. Make a play for one.
$995 to set up, $495 a month, no lock-in, and a report every month so you can judge the results yourself. Spots go one business per trade, per suburb, so check yours first.
